    I’ve received my pump but I’m not sure how to get started. 

    The user manual included in the box is your first resource. You can also find setup guides in our Wellness Journal, or email us directly and we’ll walk you through it. 

    My pump doesn’t seem to be working properly. 

    Before contacting us, check that: (1) the battery is fully charged, (2) the duckbill valve is correctly fitted and not split or deformed, and (3) the cup is seated correctly in your bra with a good seal. If these are all in order and the issue persists, please email us with your order number and a description of the problem. 

    I want to return my pump. What do I do?
