Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your O&K MUBY purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.
30-Day Returns — Change of Mind
If you change your mind about an O&K MUBY purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- All original accessories and documentation are included
- The product has not been assembled or powered on
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of breast pump products that have been opened, assembled, or used — unless the product is faulty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. We cover return postage costs for faulty items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, including your right to:
- A repair or replacement within the first 6 months if the product was faulty at delivery
- A full refund within 30 days if the product is faulty at delivery
- Repair, replacement, or partial refund for faults developing after 6 months (up to 6 years)
Warranty Claims
All O&K MUBY breast pumps carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect storage
- Use of non-original replacement parts or accessories
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., duckbill valves, silicone membranes)
- Damage caused by not following the instructions in the user manual
How to Return — Step-by-Step Procedure
- Email muby@oandkmuby.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for return. Use subject line: RETURN REQUEST — [Order Number].
- We will reply within 2 working days with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return address.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging where possible. Include a note with your name, order number, and RAN inside the parcel.
- For change-of-mind returns: return postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
- For faulty or damaged products: we will provide a prepaid return label by email.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timescales
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 working days. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card provider — typically 3–5 additional business days.
Amazon Orders
If you purchased your O&K MUBY product via Amazon, please process your return through the Amazon Returns Centre in accordance with Amazon’s returns policy. For warranty claims on Amazon orders, you can also contact us directly at muby@oandkmuby.co.uk.
